We do our best to ensure that all images on our site accurately represent the fabrics we use. However, because everyone’s computer and settings are different we cannot guarantee that what you see on the screen will be exactly as it arrives. For this reason we strongly recommend that you utilise our Free Samples. This will allow you to see exactly how different colours and textures look in your home. We will not exchange products based on differences in appearance to online images.

Absolutely. Using the installation instructions found on our Web site, a few minutes and some simple hand tools, you should easily be able to install all of the products we carry.
However, if you have a problem installing any of our products, our customer service department is full of experts that can point you in the right direction.

We provide a two-year limited warranty on motors, remotes and a long-term complimentary technical support. To extend your coverage further, you can purchase our "Extended Motor Service" in custom option.

According to our Sales And Refund policy, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.
Since it is a custom product, we can not cancel the order if the product is finished and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Our customized blinds generally ship within 5-10 workdays from your purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number letting you know when your order is on its way.
