Order Processing Time

Once you purchase, we will immediately customize your shades to order so that your shades can be delivered as quickly as possible. Production and packaging may take 3-5 business days. Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Method

All International orders are sent with UPS or FedEx.

Shipping Time

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully and reply to the email to confirm.

Once we receive your confirmation, we will begin production immediately. Production times vary depending on the type of product, but you can typically expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days.

If you choose expedited shipping, delivery time will be shortened by 1-2 days.
