Happy now. Took a bit as the number 4 shade in my order was not programmed. Fortunately I tested them before install as they are 15 feet up. Once I figured out the programming guide I corrected them. All good now.
just got 5 of these and installed around bedroom and bathroom. they look exactly as advertised, white color is perfect and they blackout the room! the remote is super easy to use, this is going to be an amazing convenience that i want to install all over my house now!
I'm really enjoying this blind. I plan to purchase more for the house. I had to get the remote to pair with a Broadlink hub, in order to control the blinds while away.
These were easy to install. Programming the remote was a bit of a challenge. With the help of YouTube, I finally got it. They work beautifully—just what I wanted. They work well with Alexa, but you will need a hub to integrate with. The batteries last for weeks before needing to be charged. Overall, I couldn’t be happier—unless they lowered the price a little.
Added solar charging kit, so I didn't have to get a ladder to charge unit. Very convenient to press remote control to open blinds in morning and to close at night. Update: solar panel disconnected from motor battery twice since installing. I believe that the vibrations of the motor slowly vibrate connection loose. I was able to get a ladder on steps below blind and reach up and push connections together. Lasted about a half a year and my last attempt to push connections together failed and now we are stuck with blinds partially open.
